If you tap the Dragon Star 2 or more times in total, it may turn into a Fallen Star and you’ll lose the Dragon Star and the ability to merge up the Dragon Stars.

The Great Fallen Star is a type of Goal Star that can be created by merging 3 or 5 Fallen Stars. It can be safely tapped 2 times for level 1 to 4 Magic Coins, level 1 to 4 Life Orbs, and level 2 to 5 Life Flowers or Healing Power before disappearing on the 3rd or 4th tap. If you’re lucky, you might even get some super eggs from it!

How to get Fallen Star in Merge Dragons?

There are several ways to get a Fallen Star in Merge Dragons. Here are some tips:

  • Bring them to Camp: If they appear in a level, don’t tap them! Instead, drag them to your camp and merge them with other Dragon Stars.
  • Merge them in 5s: When you have saved up 5 purple Dragon Stars, merge them all at once. This will give you a chance to get a Great Fallen Star.

Tap them once: Before you merge Dragon Stars, you can also tap them once for an extra Dragon Gem. Going beyond this may result in losing the Star.

What are some tips for completing Star Quests?

Here are some tips for completing Star Quests in Merge Dragons!:

  • Save your Dragon Stars: Be sure to tap each level 1 Dragon Star once before merging them, and 5-merge all Dragon Stars and their Dragon Gems for maximum Dragon Gem output.
  • Wait to merge: When a level 1 Dragon Star is tapped once in a Level and taken back to Camp it can only be tapped 1-3 times before degrading. It’s better to not tap them immediately but to take them back to the Camp, where you can merge them to get the Magnificent Dragon Star.
  • Choose your levels wisely: For farming Dragon Stars, Cosmos Dragon Eggs/Nests, increasing Wishes collections to attain the Dragon Shrine, and completing Star Quests to improve your Star Rank, choose the level wisely.
  • Complete quests: A Dragon Star may appear in the place of a Goal Star when you complete a quest. If they appear during a Level, you can choose to tap the Dragon Star in the Quest or leave it alone. Leaving it alone will let you tap it at Camp or merge a few.

How to get more Dragon Stars?

There are two ways to get Dragon Stars in Merge Dragons:

  • Completing quests on the map: Dragon Stars randomly drop while you are working on a quest.
  • Farming Dragon Stars in levels: You can farm Dragon Stars by tapping them in levels. As they appear randomly, it’s very rare to gain 3 Dragon Stars in one level, and thus you probably won’t be able to merge them in a level. At your camp, you can merge 3 (or even better 5) of them to gain a Magnificent Dragon Star and tap it for about 5 Giant Dragon Gems.

Be sure to tap each level 1 Dragon Star once before merging them, and 5-merge all Dragon Stars and their Dragon Gems for maximum Dragon Gem output. When a level 1 Dragon Star is tapped once in a Level and taken back to Camp it can only be tapped 1-3 times before degrading.
